- FemmeForce Economic Development Initiative launched—supporting Black women business owners in securing certifications and contracts.
- Yellow Couch Podcast was created to amplify member voices and promote economic impact.
- LinkedIn Learning Partnership was established to provide professional development tools to all members.
- 85th National Convention reimagined to reflect innovation, legacy, and growth.
- Let's Talk monthly town halls launched—creating a national platform for members to engage directly with leadership, ask questions, and be heard.
- Conducted an open house at Headquarters in 2023 and 2024 that reintroduced our Association to the D.C., business and professional community

- Programming – FemmeForce launched; BWC planning advanced.
- Marketing – HQ Open House held; Social media investment personally funded.

- Fiscal Responsibility - Transitioned from an unresponsive audit firm that failed to communicate effectively and left the Association with unresolved GSPs (Generally Significant Problems). Under my leadership, we secured a new audit firm committed to transparency, timeliness, and accountability, marking a critical step in restoring financial integrity and strengthening our fiscal operations.
